Booking and payment processes
Please see my Partnership principals around how we will work together, as well as these Terms and Conditions for payments, refunds and cancellation.
Payment is due 7 days in advance of each consultation. Late payments may result in your consultation being postponed or cancelled. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
No refunds are available once payment has been made. I will spend time preparing for your consultation ahead of the session.
If you need to cancel an appointment please inform me at least 48 hours (Monday – Friday) beforehand.
I will aim to rearrange your session if possible, however if less than 24 hours notice is given the full consultation fee may still be charged.
