Most people don’t need to avoid eating bread completely. The problem is just when we eat the same food for one out of three meals a day, we are less likely to eat as much variety.

We are all working from home a lot more these days. This means we have access to more home cooked food.
But I also know that it’s so easy to just grab a slice of toast and eat at your desk, or deal with the washing up as you take a mini-break from the laptop.
