IBS and nutrition advice you can trust

Anna is part of the multi-disciplinary team at Trichology UK and works closely with the trichologist team to support all aspects of your health. What you eat and how you digest your food can affect our levels of inflammation, skin health, hair quality and immune function.

My nutritional therapy clients want to eat real food, and feel like themselves again, but don’t know where to start. They are sick of looking for the ‘right diet’ for their digestive or hair loss conditions.
