Nutrition Advice

Tailored For You, Evidence By Research

Hello, I’m Anna Mapson, registered Nutritional Therapist at Goodness Me Nutrition in Bristol and creator of the online 7 Day Gut Reset Package

I’m here to help you find the right diet for your body, and feel like yourself again. Together we will find a food plan which makes you feel balanced, energised and well nourished.

If you are struggling with bloating, IBS or feeling fatigued your diet has a big part to play in how your symptoms affect you. Nutritional Therapy has been linked to improvements in various conditions such as eczema, weight issues, hormone imbalances, and of course digestion.

All disease starts in the gut (Hippocates 2000BC)

I created the online 7 Day Gut Reset to help more people with their gut health and digestion. In just one week previous attendees have found huge improvements to their bloating, mood, snacking habits and sleep.

I know how important our gut microbes are – Your gut health holds the key to your body’s health. You can improve and develop your gut health with simple changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Improve Your Gut Health - Beat Bloating

As a Nutritional Therapist, I love working with people to find the root cause of digestive issues and work on a diet plan that suits your body. I work 1:1 with my clients to make a real difference in their lives, helping people ‘feel normal again’ as one client described it.

If you’d like to know more about what nutritional therapy can do for you, give me a call to arrange your 1:1 tailored nutrition consultation. We will work together find solutions that fit with your lifestyle. I run coaching packages over 4 weeks or 3 months to help you embed the changes with full support and weekly check-ins.

I will work with you in a 1-1 consultation to find new food plans to help you feel great. Nutritional therapy may help support a range of conditions such as:

eczema, acne, psoriasis,
autoimmune diseases,
asthma, allergies,
hormone imbalances (e.g. PMT, PCOS), menopause symptoms

No eczema flare-ups at all, which is amazing & generally feeling better in myself. I’m a terrible snacker, but the meals left me feeling full and satisfied, so I was less tempted to snack.

1:1 Nutrition Consultations – How We Work Together

In our first nutrition appointment I will take a detailed health assessment looking at all aspects of your wellbeing, and then together we make a plan for what to eat to help you feel energised and well. A follow up appointment is included in the basic package.

My nutrition coaching programmes  will help you put the nutrition advice into practice. I don’t leave you with a massive load of actions to complete by yourself, I help you make the recommendations become your new normal, in YOUR life, in YOUR way, so that the changes stick.

Supporting you every step of the way

This isn’t about going on a diet, it’s changing the way you eat for good for the long term.

I offer 4 week and 3 month nutrition coaching programmes to help you reach your health goals.

Get in touch to see how I can support you through tailored support.

Food is critical to our wellbeing. Sometimes it can be hard to navigate the endless news about what’s healthy, faddy new superfoods, or the latest diets.

I will give you tailored, structured, evidence based recommendations for eating food to nourish and support your individual health concerns, bringing you back into balance again!

I work from my home clinic in Fishponds, Bristol. Skype consultations are also available if you’re outside Bristol. On occasion I may be able to travel to your home, please ask if this is something you’d like to talk about.

I received brilliant support from Anna, who knows an incredible amount about nutrition as well as good health, physical and mental well being.
