Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients – makes 12

  • 100g ground almonds
  • 120g oats (ground in food processor)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 eggs 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  •  2 mashed bananas 
  • 100g raisins

Mix dry ingredients then add mashed banana then mix in each egg slowly. Add to silicon cupcake moulds and cook for 20 mins on 140 fan oven.
