Banana Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients – serves 1

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1x avocado
  • Handful of oats
  • Fill up with almond milk

Breakfast bowls are kind of thick smoothies you can have in a bowl topped with fruits and nuts.Β You’ll need a high powered blender (like Nutri-bullet or similar), but it’s easy to make.
Adding a tablespoon of protein powder like hemp or pea protein will help keep you feeling fuller for longer. Β Add your favourite toppings to add colour and texture. This one is topped with chia seeds, other bits of banana and cashew nuts.
